Terms and Conditions

1. We receive many favourite photos each day and will select those that we wish to display at our own discretion. We do not guarantee that all photos will be displayed.
2. Photos that are not clear or cannot be resized to fit the available space will not be displayed.
3. All favourite photos must be sent in with an attached caption that can include the name of the person, pet or place in the photo as well as the full name of the photographer. Photos that are not sent in with all of the above will not be displayed.
4. All photos submitted must be sent in by the photographer or with the permission of the photographer. You warrant that publication of a photo will not breach the intellectual property rights of any third party.
5. Only jpeg (.jpg) or bitmap (.bmp) format photos will be accepted. Photos received by us become the property of Austar.
6. Photos must not be less than 227pixels wide and 106 pixels tall (the dimensions of the people and places photo currently on the homepage).
7. Photos that contain content unsuitable for the austarnet homepage will not be displayed.
