Technical help is available 7am to 7pm EST, Monday to Friday. For rate plan changes, disconnection requests or password queries, customers must contact our Customer Service Department on 132 532. Please note - Plan change, disconnection requests and password queries via EMAIL will NOT be accepted.

Call 132 342 to speak to one of our sales consultants about subscribing to AUSTARnet.

Billing

For billing enquiries, please call us on 132 532 or e-mail us at accounts@austarnet.com.au.
